3. Delivery & Pickup

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
• Any complaint regarding food quality or delivery should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are issued only in cases of order errors, non-availability of items, or unsatisfactory quality, subject to verification.
• No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses, unavailability of the customer, or change of mind after placing an order.

5. Franchise Terms

• Interested franchisees must agree to our franchise policies and guidelines.
• Franchise fees are non-refundable once the agreement is signed.
• Any disputes arising from franchise agreements will be settled as per the legal jurisdiction mentioned in the contract.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Gita’s Fast Food.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions due to food consumption. Customers should review ingredients before ordering.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
